I’m not one of those people who likes to wake up early. I like the idea of it–never again dashing to work at the last minute–but I have never been able to put it into practice.
Of course, it all boils down to getting enough sleep (something many people have trouble with), but there are a few tips that can help as well:
- Go to sleep at the same time every night.
- Use light therapy when you wake up, to adjust your body to being awake.
- Schedule something fun for first thing in the day, so you’re looking forward to getting up.
