Summer’s over, and that means less of a need to make your own iced tea. But cooler weather can have its own rewards, and the delight of a steaming cup of tea is one of them. Making tea is pretty simple, but there are a few tips that will make your brew even better:

Use loose teas (the unbroken leaves contain more flavor than teabags)

Store tea in a cool area, inside an airtight container

Warm up your mug or cup before pouring tea into it
